Statutory Regulations

As per the directives of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and regulations of the UGC and NCISM, ragging in any form is strictly prohibited within and outside the college premises. Every student and their parent/guardian must submit an online undertaking at the start of each academic year.

What Constitutes Ragging?

The definition includes, but is not limited to, any act that violates the dignity of a student:

  • check_circle Physical abuse and assault in any form.
  • check_circle Psychological bullying or intimidation.
  • check_circle Forcing students to perform acts of servility.
  • check_circle Verbal abuse, insults, or indecent behavior.

Administrative Actions

The institution shall take immediate action against any student found guilty, including:

Suspension from classes warning
Expulsion from Hostel warning
Cancellation of Admission warning
Registration of FIR with Police warning
